I have been working on creating a series of prints exploring the concept of Haunted Houses through the lens of grieving and loss, and how physical spaces and objects can become imbued with the memory of those who have passed. Each piece is a gesso transfer print made from my own digitally altered photos. Some feature text from personal accounts of my own experiences, as well as from anonymous interviews I conducted with people discussing moments of loss connected to specific places or things.
